Case Study · Local SEO
Jesus Novello came back to a market that had moved on without him — with 207 reviews and no address on his Google profile. We gave the profile a home, and the map found him.
Local Grid, 39 Tracked Points · 30 June 2026 · Northglenn, CO · Profile Calls, Google Business Profile
Top-Three Coverage · By Tracked Term
59% and 51% of the grid in the top three. More telling: every single tracked point ranked somewhere for both terms.
Calls From The Profile · The Month The Address Landed
The Northglenn address went live in June. Monthly calls through the profile nearly tripled the month after, and July interactions hit 103.
A profile without an address is a business without a place. Google had nowhere to put him, so it put someone else.
Fresh Air First was not a new company. Owner Jesus Novello had years of duct cleaning behind him and a hard-earned local reputation — 207 Google reviews at a 4.9 rating. But after pausing the business for family reasons, he was returning to the market without the systems or the steady lead flow he needed to grow again.
The operating team was lean: Jesus, one technician paid per job, and a few trained people when demand called for it. There was no CRM. The goal was blunt and urgent: rebuild revenue, work toward two jobs a day, and reach $10,000 a month so the business could hire with confidence.
Two gaps made that relaunch harder. Fresh Air First had no address connected to its Google Business Profile, which limited its ability to compete in the map results where local customers decide fast. And its website was thin, with too little service depth to show Google the full range of work the company could handle.

Fresh Air First served a wide stretch of the Denver metro, but trying to rank everywhere at once would spread a relaunching business too thin. Denver itself was crowded. The better opening was north of the city, closer to the communities Jesus wanted to serve.
In June 2026, Fresh Air First secured a Northglenn address for its Google Business Profile. That gave the profile a clear local centre in the market Jesus wanted — without treating the entire Denver metro as one giant target.
The timing matters. Calls made directly from the profile rose from 4 in June to 11 in July, immediately after the address was established.

The address did not work alone. It gave Google a stronger proximity signal while the website, the reviews and ongoing profile work supplied relevance and trust. Together those signals made Fresh Air First easier to find across Northglenn and the northern corridor.
The old website was too thin to explain the breadth of the work, or to give Google enough to rank. A handful of general pages left residential duct cleaning, commercial projects, dryer vents, furnace cleaning, post-renovation cleanup, disinfection and indoor air quality all competing for the same small space.
We replaced it with a custom website built around distinct, detailed service pages. Each important service got its own place in the structure, with clearer customer benefits, local relevance, and internal links that helped Google understand how the pages fit together.
The site also started answering the questions homeowners actually type: why one room feels stuffy, whether dirty ducts raise energy bills, how long a cleaning takes, whether a renovation left dust in the system. Each useful page is another entrance for the right customer.
The new .com domain began appearing in Search Console in mid-February. By 9 August it had generated 53,205 impressions and 149 clicks.

The goal was never one green pin beside the office. It was dependable visibility across the area a technician could actually serve at a profit.
By 30 June, Fresh Air First ranked in the top three at 23 of 39 tracked map points for “air duct cleaning” and at 20 of 39 for “duct cleaning.” Every tracked point ranked somewhere for both terms. The strongest coverage formed around Northglenn, Westminster, Thornton and the communities beside them.

Reviews did real work here too. Fresh Air First already had strong social proof, and the count grew from 207 at onboarding to 262 by 30 June while the 4.9 rating held. That is what gives a customer a reason to choose you once the map has shown you.
Impressions show that Google understands the richer website. Profile interactions and calls show that customers are acting on it.

From March through July 2026 the profile generated 235 interactions, 55.6% more than the same period in 2025. July was the clearest acceleration point: 103 interactions, up 635.7% on the previous July. Calls over that window reached 19, up 18.7%.
Profile interactions are not booked revenue. They are a strong early indicator, and this case study will carry CRM or call-tracking data before it makes any sales claim.
Marketing created the structure. Jesus brought the part no agency can manufacture: years of experience, customer trust, and a willingness to rebuild carefully.
