They had hit a million dollars on word of mouth, then stalled. A new name, a real brand and a 25-page website did what an ad budget never got asked to do.

What The 25 Pages Are
Three pages of thin content and stock photos became a page for every service and every suburb.
This was not a paid-ads play. A strong brand and a well-built website did the work.
NW Superior Services LLC was an HVAC contractor in Seattle. In their first two years, they had reached $1 million in revenue with mostly word-of-mouth referrals. But, for the past year, their growth had plateaued.
The owner wanted a new name, a new website, and a new brand that would capture the attention of high-end customers in the Seattle region. The goal was to create an HVAC brand that felt modern and emphasized that this was a company on the cutting edge of innovations in residential HVAC technology and energy efficiency.
The owner, Brian Benton, already had a vision. Our job was to give it a form. In the first month, we designed a new logo and brand, created a catchier name, and published a new website.
The name “NW Superior Services LLC” did not express a strong brand personality or tell a story about the company.
We helped the company rebrand as Breeze Heating Air and Electrical. The new name reflected the fresh, modern brand the owner wanted to project, as well as his commitment to the climate-friendly comfort solutions that are important to his ideal customer.
In addition, we helped him replace his old domain, www.nwsuperiorservices.com, with a new one. In 2025, it is not easy to find a good .com domain, but we researched available options and landed on a solution that was shorter and catchier: www.callbreeze.com.
Breeze’s old logo and brand did not reflect the modern, eye-catching look they wanted to project. It was a low-resolution image put together from stock graphics on Canva. The owner wanted a fresh and original color scheme, as well as a fun, light-hearted logo that looked both professional and original.

In addition, we also designed van wraps for all of Breeze’s vehicles that turned their trucks into unforgettable mobile billboards for the business.

In only one month, we not only designed a new brand, but published Breeze’s new website. We replaced three pages of thin content and stock photos with a custom 25-page WordPress site.
Less than two months after publishing their new website, they are ranking for 150 high-intent keywords, getting more than 10 visitors per day to their website, and at least one lead per day from organic search. And that is all without spending a penny on paid ads.
The rank tracker tells the same story from the search side. Two months in, fifteen keywords sit on page one, thirteen more are one page behind, and the long tail is still moving up.
We didn’t invent this brand. The owner did.
Brian came in with a clear vision, a sharp understanding of his market, and genuine strengths to build on. That is what made the rebrand click. We gave shape to something that already existed.
Substance first, expression second. That is why it worked.
Results like these are not the norm. They happen when a clear owner vision meets a brand and website built to carry it.
A strong brand is not decoration. It is how the right customers recognize you.
A well-built website can bring in leads daily without a dollar of ad spend.
Detailed service and location pages are what win local search.
The best rebrands express a vision the owner already has.
